OASIS plans for GitHub projects that will enable better collaboration between TCs and non-OASIS members

Any update on this item?
The DITA TC has several projects that would benefit from this infrastructure.
We are holding on closing our Semiconductor Information Design Committee until we get a sense whether this sort of project will be available to us before the end of 2015.
