Ballot for Business Document Naming and Design Rules V1.0

I want to urge DITA TC members to vote to approve Business Document Naming and Design Rules v 1.0.
This is a brand-new standard coming out of the UBL TC chaired by Ken Holman.
(I had a phone call with him yesterday; Chet Ensign had told him that the DITA TC "was the gold standard" on how to get votes.)
