Minor errata item - update to

This one is truly trivial, but if we are potentially having an errata 02..
.
The <ditavalmeta> topic has an example section that says "See <ditavalref>" http://docs.oasis-open.org/dita/dita/v1.3/errata01/os/complete/part3-all-inclusive/langRef/base/ditavalmeta.html However, the only mention of <ditavalmeta> in the linked topic is a "next topic" link.
The example section for ditavalref itself actually links to the broader set of branch filter examples in the architectural spec.
The <ditavalmeta> example section should have the same link as the <ditavalref> example section -- the current link is confusing, and forces an extra click to get to useful examples.
