It's used infrequently, just there in case it's needed. When we do use it, we make it clear during the meeting (and typically have to guide a few people through logging in).

A question about TC Meeting logistics ... Do we regularly use the screen 
sharing link? In past meetings, when I've tried to join the screen share 
as "guest", I get "This meeting room does not allow guests".
