Apologies - I've got a deadline for a lot of non-TC items tomorrow morning and haven't been able to spend any time on proposal activities over the last week.
If we have time, I think the proposal is probably complete enough to start some TC discussion about the design, but it's missing some info to be considered "final" for stage 2.
I can chat a bit with Eric about that tomorrow after my deadline (which falls during our normal call, I believe).
