Conformance statement for LwDITA

Question for DITA TC, cc'ing Chet Ensign also.

    
What sort of conformance statement can or should we make in the
      LwDITA spec? 

    

    
      
Should the LwDITA conformance statement be based on the
        conformance statement that we have for DITA 1.3?

      
Should the LwDITA conformance statement be based on the
        conformance statement that we have for DITA 1.3 plus any
        additional LwDITA-specific additions?

      
Should the LwDITA conformance statement be based on the
        conformance statement that we will develop for DITA 2.0?

      
Should the LwDITA conformance statement be based on the
        conformance statement that we will develop for DITA 2.0 plus any
        additional LwDITA-specific additions?

    
    
I know that Carlos is out for the next two TC meeting, but I want
      to get discussion started around this. (I also remember that I
      asked Robert to be able to lead a discussion about OASIS
      requirements and our (to-be-written) DITA 2.0 conformation
      statement for 10 July ...)

    
I suspect that a deciding factor will be interoperability and
      whether LwDITA releases before DITA 2.0.
