Re the unnumbered subheadings -- These represent sections, which
      are subelements of the DITA topics. We only number topics. We've
      had this discussion with OASIS Administration and the TAB before
      -- would you like me to uncover these discussions and forward them

The practice of NOT numbering subelements in DITA TC documents is
      most clearly seen in our spec language reference topics. For

I'll mention one other item, with no specific
          conclusion... In Section 2.4, "Future of DITA", (and other
          similar places) there are two unnumbered subheadings
          ("Lightweight DITA" and "DITA 2.0") which are not a part of
          the OASIS style templates.Â

        
These have been handled in a reasonable way here. In
          general, we'd prefer to avoid these non-standard elements and
          simply use the next level of section heading (i.e, 2.4.1 and
          2.4.2).Â

        
While you have handled it fairly well here, it is a source
          of unnecessary complication in some cases.
