Stage 2 reviewer for proposal to remove the domains attribute?

Hi,

Is anyone on the list interested in reviewing the stage 2 proposal to remove the domains attribute (discussed a couple weeks back at our TC call)? I've got an updated copy of the proposal in SVN, but can also send a PDF to anyone willing to review.
