Reflecting on DITA 2.0 proposal process

I just generated an updated PDF of DITA 2.0 proposals.
We are nearing the end of the process (with the exception of that pesky stage three proposal for relaxing specialization rules!), and it occurs to me that it might be a good time to start reflecting on the processes that we used for DITA 2.0 (stages, templates, reviews, etc.): What worked well?
What was less than optimal?
What could be improved for a future release?
