Update on Oxygen's 1.3 to 2.0 DITA converter

Dear DITA TC members, All is well with the Oxygen converter.
Because the tool overwrites topics, I did not see that my repo contained some abandoned DITA 1.1 tasks and concepts.
A commit revert revealed the original files and I noticed the old 1.1 doctypes.
So... when it comes to converting 1.3 to 2.0, it sure gets it done.
