Distribution of DTDs

Hi Folks We are trying out DITA 2.0 and are looking for the DTDs.
We are seeing base in the 371 OT download in the dita-ot-3.6.1pluginsorg.oasis-open.dita.v2_0 dtd folder.
But we are not seeing technical content.
Is there a separate technical content DTDs we can get from somewhere.
