Planning future DITA 2.0 spec reviews

Once the stage three proposal for #15 (“Loosen specialization rules”) is approved, we can move forward with reviews of two significant chapters of the DITA spec: Configuration, specialization, generalization, constraints, and expansion Coding practices for DITA grammar files I’m bringing up now, to ask for help in planning how to stage these reviews.
TC members have different interests and levels of technical expertise when it comes to this content, so I thought it might be helpful to find out who could plan to be a reviewer for specific content.
Also, I want to schedule these reviews so that TC members (and invited guests) can plan to participate.
