<remedy>, <troubleshooting>: Code samples in “Example” sections need to be checked to see that how they use <responsibleParty> matches our new definition of the element.

It was raised by Zoe Lawson, and pertains to how we use the phrase “implementations” as a (probably less-than-ideal) shorthand for “companies and organizations that implement DITA”.

It pertains to whether we can offer a 2 nd example for <diagnostics-general> that uses a workflow more typical of a service organization rather than a techcomm department.
