The open comments in review E.2, “Troubleshooting, take two” pertain to the <responsibleParty> element, and I could use some help in redrafting the short description for the element AND developing some new examples.
Context: For DITA 2.0, we are broadening how we define the element.
It needs to cover both of the following: Who should be performing the work – the responsible person or team Any prerequisites that folks reading the troubleshooting topic should be aware of, for example, admin privileges or whether performing the work would void a warranty.
Basically, the element needs to serve the same functionality that the <prereq> element serves for a task topic.
