DOCBOOK-APPS: qandaentry: HTML output

I maintain a FAQ at our company using DocBook 3.1, DSSSL 1.55, jade 1.2.1
and create HTML and PDF output.

For HTML-Output I want to separate the next question a bit more from the
last answer. Since there may be more than one <para> in an answer, this
extra space should only be added for the last <para>.

Is there an easy way to do this in my DSSSL customization layer?
Or is anyone here with the necessary changes to html/db31.dsl?
