DOCBOOK-APPS: tools

Hi,

	Which tools can be recomended for daily use? Is JaDE the best tool
to convert DocBook to html/tex/etc.? Are there any good .rpm packages
available out there for (i386) Linux. 

Which versions of Jade, Jadetex, dvips, etc. are the newest stable
versions? Which Style Sheets are recommended? Many thanks for all
answers.
