QandASet + TOC

Using DocBook 3.1 and DSSSL stylesheets V1.54 I began to maintain a 
small FAQ at our company. 

All works fine so far, but I question myself why there is no 
"Table of Contents" in the print stylesheet for every QandASet?

The HTML stylesheet contains an optional TOC ($generate-qandaset-toc$) 
which works fine!
