No, you aren't... We have the same problem at LDP
(http://www.linuxdoc.org), but as I helped to install it, I thought it
was a failure of some of my installation procedures. 

Maybe it's something that was introduced with DocBook XML
4.1.2... Dunno... 

Anybody else?
