DOCBOOK-APPS: How to show "tip.gif"

Hi, there:

    I use "docbkx412". I am expecting to show the "tip.gif" in
    printout (or html)  when I use "<tip>...</tip>" in my xml
    document. But I haven't got the small image. Any clue ?
