DOCBOOK-APPS: Website DTD any hints

Hello,
Norman has provided through config mechanism a way use to home page image as a
static image in the homepage and in the rest of the pages this becomes a
navigational aide to go back to the home page.
supposingly i want an image to remain static in all pages and an
additional image below it to have the default behaviour i.e. a static image on
the homepage and a navigational aide in the rest of the web pages, as provided
by Norman. any hints how to do this. consider me a newbie, not a native english
speaker, and a non programmer please ;-)
