DOCBOOK-APPS: website: tabular.xsl - navbgcolor

In "tabular.xsl" there is a param named "navbgcolor" but I don't see
how this param is used in the XSL-files. I'd expect this param to be 
used as "bgcolor" for the navigation column. Or do I miss something?
