DOCBOOK-APPS: OpenJade/DocBook XML/DSSSL Stylesheets: iso entities

I have got some problems with DocBook XML 4.1.2, DSSSL Stylesheets 1.59
and OpenJade 1.3/OpenSP 1.3.4. When I run the following command

openjade -f error.log -t tex -d /usr/local/share/sgml/stylesheets/docbook-dsssl-1.59/print/docbook.dsl /usr/doc/openjade-1.3/pubtext/xml.dcl test1.xml

I get this output

My environment is:
SGML_CATALOG_FILES=/usr/local/share/xml/catalog
SP_ENCODING=xml
SP_CHARSET_FIXED=yes
The catalog file only includes the docbook XML dtd catalog, the dsssl
stylesheet catalog and the dsssl.cat provided by OpenJade.

Can anybody help me? I already searched the archive and tried everything
out mentioned in other emails but the warning messages don愒 go away.
