with ver 1.22 and 1.23 

but this one takes the cake!
with version 1.23 how do i traverse across the document the nav header and
footer has vanished HTNL output . i tried using both  saxon and xt but no go .
no doubt you have made my dream come true of making docbook as close to feeling
of a book but my computer screen cannot be turned over yet ;-) to see/read the
next page.

has anyone tried the new stylesheet ver .1.23 with chunking and already
reported it to norman
