DOCBOOK-APPS: Announce: DocBook Stylesheets Updated

Folks,

I've published new versions of the DocBook DSSSL[1] and XSL[2]
stylesheets.

Version 1.64 of the DSSSL stylesheets fixes a few bugs in 1.63 and
provides updated generated text.

Version 1.32 of the XSL stylesheets fixes a few bugs in 1.31.

There are experimental versions of each stylesheet as well. The
experimental version includes a new unified model for the localized
generated text. Please try these out.
