DOCBOOK-APPS: Trying to use make table caused lots of problems

Hi,

Boy, did I get into trouble. I was trying to use make table and make
table-cell to build a couple of things side by side, and although Jade did
not complain, pdfjadetex did, and failed to produce PDF.

Is this a known problem?
