Re: DOCBOOK-APPS: FO extension for bookmarks

Bookmark support works (sortof) for PassiveTeX. I was unaware of the
support in FOP. I'll take a look. (I don't recall seeing Stephen's patches,
but they could very easily be in my heaping pile of "TBD" fixes.)
