DOCBOOK-APPS: FO ToC without hypertext links

Hi,
I downloaded new version of DocBook XSL and found, that Table of Contents in 
FO was changed. It now looks pretty good (with dots and page numbers), but 
Chapter/Section titles don't work as hypertext link (as it was in previous 
version). I look in param.xsl, but didn't find any parameter which help. Is 
there any other way how to solve this problem?
