DOCBOOK-APPS: Announce: Experimental DSSSL/XSL Stylesheet releases

Folks,

At http://sourceforge.net/projects/docbook/, you'll find new DSSSL and
XSL stylesheet releases. These are experimental. They contain a few
bug fixes, but mostly they're the first test of the "SourceForged"
source code.

Please report any problems that you encounter.
