DOCBOOK-APPS: Missing the at17 font?

I built tetex from scratch: teTeX-src-1.0.7.tar.gz and 
teTeX-texmf-1.0.2.tar.gz. I'm using openjade-1.3 to make a .tex file. When
I process the resulting .tex file with pdfjadetex (jadetex 3.5 from
tug.org), I get the following errors:

! I can't find file `at17'.

	And...

! Font T1/ptm/m/n/17.28=at17 not loadable: Metric (TFM) file not found.


	Am I missing an at17 font? If so, what filename do I need and
where can I download it from? Can someone help me?
