DOCBOOK-APPS: Some contributed admon graphics ...

Hi,

Attached are Dia files and eps files for potential replacement admon
gaphics for warning.{eps,dia}, tip.{eps,dia}, and important.{eps,dia}.

I have not yet been able to do note.dia and have it look good. 

These are a start.
