DOCBOOK-APPS: TwoSided print output with jadetex

Hallo,

I have a problem with twosided print output with jadetex.
This problem was detected already by some other
member of this mailing list (Problem with odd/even
page numbering).
I've tracked it down to jadetex:
I think it was broken between version 3.3 and 3.4/3.5/3.6!
When I use version 3.3 and DSSSL stylesheets 1.54 or 1.69
all is ok, but with versions above 3.3 I have the problem with
odd/even header/footer alignment and restarting (wrong)
page numbering.

Tools I used:
OpenJade 1.3 with patches mentioned in this list
DSSSL stylesheet 1.69
DocBook DTD 4.1
JadeTeX 3.3
