DOCBOOK-APPS: qanda indentation

When a qanda contains multiple paragraphs, the first one starts after
the Q or A, but the following paragraphs fall back to the left margin. 
Is there a way to indent all paragraphs inside a <QUESTION> or <ANSWER> 
so that their left margins are equally indented? Admonitions do this 
with $admon-graphic-width$, for example.
