DOCBOOK-APPS: <subtitle> in <article>

Hi,

the  <subtitle>  within the <article> tag do not work with html. In fo
it  is  OK.  The  following  messages  happens  if i transform to html
docbook:
  "Request for subtitle of unexpected element: article"

I am using docbook-xml 1.39.
