DOCBOOK-APPS: Link Annotations can't be nested from pdfjadetex

Damn,

Now that I have installed JadeTex 3.7 and DSSSL 1.70, I am getting the 
above message from pdfjadetex ...

It doesn't give me enough info either to tell where the problem is.

Can anyone suggest a fix ...

The document is about 350 pages ...
