DOCBOOK-APPS: JadeTeX and wrong page numbers in ToC

I have a dvi generated with jadetex from a stylesheet customization of
Norman's DSSSL ones, with ToC generated at end of document.

The 4 pages are such as:
1 -> titlepage
2 -> most of document body
3 -> section 2.1 only
4 -> ToC

In the ToC the 2.1 section is told to be on page 2.  I am not sure
whether the bug is in the stylesheets or in JadeTeX, although I
suspect JadeTeX.

BTW, I found out that a (define %generate-article-toc-on-titlepage%
#f) declaration in a docbook-dsssl customization is ignored, and
thought this is possibly a JadeTeX problem as well.
