DOCBOOK-APPS: TOC page number restart error

Hi

I notice the following sequence in dbdivis.dsl in docbook-dsssl-1.70 in 
(element book...):

       (if %generate-book-toc%
           (make simple-page-sequence
             page-n-columns: %page-n-columns%
             page-number-restart?: #t

Ummm, this seems like an error. I have looked at a few books, and their 
page numbers do not restart in the TOC.

It should at least be something like:

             page-number-retart?: %restart-page-num-in-TOC%
