DOCBOOK-APPS: chapter TOC in XSL stylesheets

Hi,

With the 1.42 stylesheet XSL version, i try to generate a TOC for each
chapter also,
somehow this does not work.
I use chunking.
I tried the parameters that looked appropriate for it in a customized
stylesheet:

<xsl:param name="generate.chapter.toc" select="1" />
<xsl:param name="generate.section.toc.level" select="2"/>

Then i read FIXME in the docs,
does this means those feature are not implemented yet?
