DOCBOOK-APPS: fo stylesheets

Has anyone had the stylesheets working with the Antenna House formatter please?

With older versions (1.39 era) it objects to callouts.
With others it ignores included stylesheets, hence
just provides the outline.

Could be an aspect of the msxsl stuff, does that work with Norms stuff?
