DOCBOOK-APPS: psgml with reftex features

I edit docbook docs with psgml in emacs, but I don't know all of
the ins and outs of psgml.  Are there features similar to the
reftex mode for editing latex, namely:

  1. handling cross references
  2. citations
  3. navigating multifile docs
