DOCBOOK-APPS: Problems building openjade-1.3-18

Arrrgh,

trying to build OpenJade 1.3-18 and it fails with:

Duplicate explicit instantiation of 'class Vector<size_t>'.

I have commented out the duplicate, and hope that it works ...
