DOCBOOK-APPS: TOC going past end of page

Hi,

  I've check the archives but can't find anyone with this same
problem...

  In my pdf file that gets generated from the commands below, the
table of contents that gets automatically generated goes past the
end of the page.  Any help greatly appreciated.

  I'm running:

  debian potato, Docbook 4.1, dsssl-1.71, jadetex 3.11.


  The commands I use:

	jade  -t tex -d style.dsl
	pdfjadetex pathbookP.tex
