Yeah, you would. So would I. Hmmm. I bet my reasoning was
book->h1
chapter->h2
sect1->h3
but I goofed and made sect1->h2.
So, should I
(1) leave it, and let people override component.title if they want to fix it
(2) make chapter->h1
(3) make sect1->h3
