DOCBOOK-APPS: No Title in GlossList ?

Is there any particular reason not to have an optional Title in
GlossList, as we have already in
(Callout|Itemized|Ordered|Segmented|Variable)List ?

In fact, of all list elements, only SimpleList and GlossList do no
accept a title.  I can understand this for SimpleList, but feel it
would be useful in GlossList.

Should I open a RFE ?
