I've struggled with many customizations and so far I've managed to get them 
all working.

Except for the <itemizedlist> space. Can't find out how to decrease the space 
before a list. There has been discussion about it on this list before 
(according to the archives), but I don't think any solution was mentioned. 
Anyone solved the problem?
