DOCBOOK-APPS: jade/openjade rendering problems

Hi,

I have some problems using dsssl-1.76 and openjade 1.4 to render
pdf from docbook in a debian linux (woody).

First of all: the page numbers of the TOC appears as ??
Any hints, ideas why pdfjadetex not to resolve internal
references?

(i read somewere that i must run pdfjadetex 3 times to
resolve all the page numbers, but it makes no sense for
me and does not work)

I'm not an experienced tex user so is anybody knows:
1. where can i put jadetex.cfg if i create one?
2. how can i set up tex to use hyphen modul magyar? -
this is maybe depends on Q1.
