AFAIK this release works with Xalan because Norm modified some details
in chunking code. I successfully used chunking with Xalan 2.2, but
latest Xalan 2.3.1 hangs on different error even on non-chunking
stylesheet. And Xalan is *REALLY VERY SLOW* on chunking when compared to
Saxon or xsltproc.
