DOCBOOK-APPS: openjade bop-footnote rendering problems

Hi,

i ran into some problems using openjade1.4 with bop-fotenotes.

- footnote inherits some font attribs (like face, weight) which
is not needed
- lists in footnote (itemizedlist and simplelist) are not rendered
correctly. Here are some examples:

itemizedlist:
1. footnote one
   2. footnote two with list
o first listitem
   o second listitem
   o third listitem

simplelist:
1. footnote one
   2. footnote two with list
   first member
   second member
   third member
   

is enyone knows how can i fix this problems?
