AW: DOCBOOK-APPS: Page number in ToC

Here is a link to an example using xsl 1.52.2 and FOP 0.20.4. The numbers
could be said to be right-aligned ... but see for yourself:

If anyone can do better than my example I'd be extremly greatful for a tip.

   I can reproduce this with docbook-xsl 1.52.1 and fop 0.20.4. In this
case (fop.extensions=0) the page numbers are right aligned, but I loose
the links in the final PDF...
