DOCBOOK-APPS: Problem with rtf output

I'm using the command: db2rtf -u -d ~/ldp.dsl#print file.sgml
Every toc-entry in the rtf-file ends with .....000 (it says that the section
starts on page 000).

How can I solve this problem?
