DOCBOOK-APPS: pdfjadetex bug?

I have no idea what this is or whether it is a bug 
so please excuse me

if this is unnecessary but I wanted to check 
whether this was a known

bug first.

 

Using DSSSL stylsheets 1.77 (and 1.76) with 
openjade-1.3.1 and pdfjadetex
- trying to process a simple document produces 
the following error, the
problem is limited to pdfjadetex, fop works 
fine:
